“Am I just believing this will be hard?”
Sometimes I find myself procrastinating small tasks. You too?
One thing that can help me is to ask myself “Am I just believing this will be hard?” or “What am I believing about this task right now?” or a variation of those questions.
Sometimes, taking a moment to pause and reflect on what we are believing in the moment can help us bring that belief to awareness and shift it.
Sometimes, our limiting beliefs go deeper — something hypnosis can help with, fortunately — but sometimes, just taking a moment to pause and check out those beliefs in the moment is all we need to move forward.
