Are you comfortable with discomfort?
Like some other people I’ve connected with this year, I am working on shifting my beliefs around discomfort. I used to think that discomfort was something that should be avoided whenever possible. Now I’m working at improving my tolerance for discomfort in certain areas of life (for some of the reasons mentioned in this article.)
I’d love to hear YOUR experience, thoughts, and beliefs about discomfort. Where do you “embrace discomfort” in life? Where do you want to do more of this?
