Being cognizant of your thoughts and attention during the time of Covid19
With more time at home and a desire to stay on top of current events, it’s a good time to be extra cognizant of how much time we are spending online or in certain patterns of thought.
Now is a particularly good time to allow ourselves to dive in mentally to things that bring us feelings of joy, contentment, or learning. I’m choosing to be aware of how much time I’m spending online and curbing that habit as well as interrupting thought patterns that aren’t helpful.
