Finding meaning within grief (+ other grief questions answered) w David Kessler
David Kessler is one of my favorite thought leaders on grief.
His email today included a PDF of a recent interview with WSJ’s Elisabeth Bernstein.
“We were able to discuss some topics that have been on my heart and I hope that you will find them helpful.
Do we all have PTSD?
What is the 6th Stage of Grief?
Is Anger a part of grief?
How can we best help someone else who is grieving?
How do we talk to children about grief?
Does the grief ever go away?”

Side note:
David co-wrote with Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, who introduced the stages of grief model, before her passing. He had her blessing to expand her five-stage model to a sixth stage: meaning. One thing I discovered in his writing is that Elisabeth never intended the stages model to be interpreted as linear, which pop culture has often presented it as.
Sending you love,
