It’s ok to not have all the answers

We see a lot of pressure in our culture to give the impression we already know everything. Pressure to never be wrong.

It can be so easy to freeze up, hold back, based on the fear of getting it wrong.

I will always do my best to learn. If I get it wrong, I will learn from it and do my best to make it right. Let us continue to normalize imperfection and the ability to change our minds when presented with more information.
