Write a “Fun Menu”

Sometimes when free time hits, but I’m feeling blue or downhearted, it can be extra hard to remember what activities bring me joy or at least comfort.

When I’m feeling good (or don’t have as much free time) it’s easier for me to remember what fun activities I like to do to relax or recharge.

So I made a “fun menu” to visit when I need it.

I update my fun-menu occasionally — this time around, I added doodles.

Into it? I invite you to make one for you. You can start small. Doodles optional.
